Is Recall Rex available yet?
Recall Rex is preparing for its iPhone launch. We’ll add the official App Store link here when the app is available.
Where does the recall information come from?
Supported notices come from the FDA and USDA Food Safety and Inspection Service. Each recall links to its official source. Recall Rex is an independent app and is not affiliated with either agency.
Does Rex send recall notifications?
This version does not send recall notifications or monitor products in the background. Open the app and pull down to refresh when you want to check for updates.
Does this cover every recall?
No. Agency coverage, available history, and details vary. The Products tab covers supported cosmetics and personal-care notices, not all consumer products. A product missing from Recall Rex is not a guarantee that it is safe or unaffected.
Do I need to create an account?
No Recall Rex account is needed. Your preferred name, Rex name, pets, onboarding answers, and saved recalls stay on your device. Apple and RevenueCat handle subscription information. Read the privacy policy.
